1h Video call to answer all your questions about sourdough baking. Everything from the most simple sourdough loaf to baking panettone.

In House consulting

Based on your needs, I will build up a program of recipes and methods for your bakery. I will come and train you and your team. This work best over 3 days+.

Accomodation & Travel cost to be added to the total price.
