Hands-on, multi-day classes designed to build strong foundations while exploring advanced techniques in naturally leavened baking. Through deep dives into starter management, dough development, fermentation control, mixing, shaping and baking systems, each session provides an immersive learning experience focused on precision, consistency and understanding — equipping both beginners and experienced bakers with the tools to refine their craft.
